Terms of Sale

We gladly accept returns if the item is unopened and in resalable condition. Below are the conditions required to successfully accept your returnable item:

The item must be returned within 14 days of the date you receive the item.
Restocking Fee: There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all items returned to us. We do not refund shipping charges.
It must be in its originally packaging and in resalable condition.
Since our Drapery Hardware is shipped from Springs Window Fashions (Graber) directly to you, please and I repeat please, do not refuse a shipment or return the item to Springs Window Fashions. Doing so will cause us to not be able to verify the condition of the returned item or even that you have returned the item. You must ship all returns to:
